bbvip Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with bbvip

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bbvip ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bbvip website at bbvip.bio and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and the VIP programme. Account balances do not accrue interest. bbvip is not a bank or financial institution and the platform's wallet function is strictly a gaming account facility. Players should not maintain large balances in their bbvip wallet beyond what is required for active gaming.

bbvip supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are specified on the withdrawal page within your bbvip account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. bbvip reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A rollover requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activity on the bbvip platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or risk-free betting strategies.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the bbvip platform. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a known or suspected software error are void and will be removed from the account.

bbvip's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject only to any formal dispute resolution process initiated in accordance with these Terms. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any right to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

All content on the bbvip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bbvip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bbvip platform without the prior written consent of bbvip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbvip shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the bbvip platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if bbvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbvip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bbvip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bbvip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bbvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bbvip will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a notice on the bbvip platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the bbvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance in your account prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services of the type provided by bbvip.
